<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread-making machine which is convenient for making bread from cereal grains without through a milling step. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Inside a body 10 of an automatic bread-making machine 1, a baking chamber 40 is provided on the left hand side and a mill unit 60 on the right hand side when viewed from the front. A kneading blade 52 is placed inside a bread container 50 put in the baking chamber 40, and a crushing blade 63 is placed inside a crush cup 61 of the mill unit 60. Rotations of the kneading blade 52 and the crushing blade 63 are controlled by a controller 80. When cereal grains and liquid are put in a crush cup 61 and the crushing blade 63 is rotated, the crushed cereal grains and the liquid are mixed.
