PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo net device preventing tilting and rattling of a shank, and restricting the rotation of the shank without causing increase in the size of the device, the number of components, or weight. SOLUTION: A pair of parallel pins 324 and 325 abutting on the inner peripheral surface of a hollow shaft 31 are provided to a first arm section 321 of the shank 32 with a predetermined longitudinal space. This prevents the tilting and rattling of the shank 32. Also, cross-sections of both an insertion hole 33a for a coming-off prevention cap 33 and the first arm section 321 have an elliptic shape, and this restricts the rotation of the shank 32 relative to the hollow shaft 31 and maintains the attitude of the shank 32 to direct an engaging section 323 upward. Since no additional member for restricting the rotation is required other than the shank 32 and the coming-off prevention cap 33, increase in the size of the device, the number of the components, or the weight is not caused.
