<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably advance an organic synthesis process for reacting supercritical water with an acid by inhibiting the troubles accompanying by-products. <P>SOLUTION: The process for synthesizing an organic substance comprises pumping water from water headers (101), (201) to high-pressure pumps (110), (210) to raise pressure to 35 MPa by adjusting a pressure reducing valve (324), raising the temperatures of preheaters (120), (220) and a heater (310) to the reaction temperature of 400°C, supplying an organic compound raw material (glycerin) from a raw material header (203') and an acid (sulfuric acid) from an acid header (203) to allow them to react with supercritical water to obtain a reaction solution, cooling the reaction solution to 100-200°C by first cooling (420), thereafter separating and removing the solid content present in the reaction solution from the reaction solution by a filter (320), then cooling the resulting reaction solution to about 100°C or lower by second cooling (620), then vacuuming (324), further subjecting the obtained reaction solution to third cooling (720), and isolating a synthesized product (acrolein) and an apparatus for synthesizing an organic substance is described. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
