<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo control system and a work machine that effectively suppress the rise of temperature in a CPU integrated in a control unit having a hermetically sealed structure. <P>SOLUTION: A servo control system 1 includes multiple driver units each of which includes an inverter circuit to drive an AC motor by converting the DC power to the AC power, and a control unit 600 that controls the inverter circuits of the multiple driver units. The control unit 600 includes a housing 601 having a hermetically sealed structure, multiple CPUs 605a to 605e provided for each of the multiple driver units in the housing 601 for controlling the inverter circuits of the driver units, and a cooling pipe 608 that is thermally connected with the CPUs 605a to 605e for cooling the CPUs 605a to 605e by introducing a cooling liquid from outside of the housing 601. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
