PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which is configured to easily view luminous display images displayed thereon, and constituted of an actual image display and a virtual image display. SOLUTION: The display device includes a first luminous display unit 1, configured to display an actual image with illumination light emitted from a first light source 14; a transmissive substrate 3, disposed on the front side of the first luminous display unit 1, including a reflecting layer 31; and a second luminous display unit 2, disposed on the front lateral side of the transmissive substrate 3, configured to display a virtual image with an illumination light emitted from second light sources 23 through the transmissive substrate 3. Regarding the transmissive substrate 3, the reflecting layer 31 is provided on the front surface side of the transmissive substrate to match the virtual image display area of the second luminous display unit 2, and then the virtual display image D2 is brightly illuminated and displayed by the reflection layer 31, and the display image D1 depending on the actual image display is viewed, as it is, through the area provided with no reflection layer 31 of the transmissive substrate 3, and is brightly illuminated and displayed.
