<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal forming tool simplifying seal structure forming work. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The seal forming tool is provided for forming a seal structure for limiting opening/closing of a plurality of members by using a seal line extended over a plurality of openable/closable members, and a seal member formed of a plastic soft material and formed with an insertion hole, and pressure-deforming the seal member in the state of inserting the seal line through the insertion hole to caulk the seal member to the seal line. The seal forming tool includes a holding member having, at one end, a holding part for holding the seal member, and a pressing member having, at one end, a pressing part for applying pressing force to the seal member held by the holding member. These holding member and pressing member are connected on the other end side in a swingable manner through a connecting member, and formed to be openable/closable on the one end side.
