PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a toner for electrophotography excellent in low temperature fixing property and storage stability, while suppressing a releasing agent from being separated from a toner composition when manufacturing a toner. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the toner for electrophotography includes: a process (1) of mixing a dispersion liquid (A) of a resin which includes a polyester obtained by polycondensation of a carboxylic acid component containing a polycarboxylic acid of trivalent or more and an alcohol component and has an acid value of 10 to 40 mgKOH/g, and a dispersion liquid (B) of the releasing agent having an acid value of 0.5 to 20 mgKOH/g, and aggregating resin particles in the dispersion liquid (A) and releasing agent particles in the dispersion liquid (B) to obtain aggregation particles; and a process (2) of unifying the aggregation particles obtained in the process (1) to obtain unified particles. The method includes a process (3) in which a compound having four or more epoxy groups is made to exist upon the mixing of the dispersion liquid (A) and the dispersion liquid (B) in the process (1), or after the mixing and by the end of the process (2).
