PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe connecting tool capable of reducing a load required to move a moving sleeve. SOLUTION: The pipe connecting tool 2 includes a connecting tool body 3 and the moving sleeve 4. The connecting tool body 3 includes an internal insertion cylinder 3a internally inserted into the connection end 1a of a pipe 1 made of synthetic resin. The moving sleeve 4 is suitable for the outer peripheral side of the pipe 1 to clamp the connection end 1a of the pipe 1 with the internal insertion cylinder 3a. The connecting tool body 3 includes: an overhanging section 3c overhanging outwardly from the base end of the internal insertion cylinder 3a; and a pipe movement restricting part 3d projecting from the overhanging section 3c toward the front side and made to abut on a tip 1c of the connection end 1a. Thereby, a section around the outer periphery of the internal insertion cylinder 3a is provided with an approaching space 3e in which the moving sleeve 4 is moved toward the base end side direction of the internal insertion cylinder 3a and the tip 1c of the connection end 1a pushed against the moving sleeve 4 is dropped from a tip 3g of the pipe movement restricting part 3d inwardly so as to make the whole tip section 1b of the connection end 1a approach to the base end side of the internal insertion cylinder 3a.
