PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-crawler device for a working vehicle in which a driving sprocket is hardly loosened and which has superior durability and facilitates the replacement with a wheel. SOLUTION: The semi-crawler device for a working vehicle includes right and left ring plates fixing a driving sprocket 12 to a base part sprocket 12a and the right and left sides of the outer peripheral end of the base part sprocket with bolts, mounting bolts in the right and left direction and fastening right and left nuts secured to the outer peripheral portions of the right and left ring plates at a predetermined interval, and a circular shape collar fittingly supported so as to cover a clearance part of the right and left ring plates of the mounting bolts. The semi-crawler device is constituted so as to be driven by engaging the collar fittingly supported by the mounting bolts of the driving sprocket with a pawl part of a traveling crawler 16. The right and left screw part in the mounting bolts of the right and left both sides parts where the right and left nuts are screwed are formed with the right hand screw at one side of either right or left, and formed with the left hand screw at the other side.
