<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve processing quality by enhancing an adsorption rate of an organic dye in a transparent material. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus 1 for processing the transparent material is provided with: a channel base plate 3 which is liquid-tightly arranged in a processing surface 2a of a transparent base plate 2, and has a channel 31 with a height of≤1 mm; and a flowing means for flowing a light-absorptive solution N within the channel 31. A predetermined processing portion of the processing surface 2a of the transparent base plate 2 is irradiated with laser light L by an irradiating means 4 provided with a condensing lens 44, thereby the apparatus 1 is formed to perform microprocessing to the processing portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
