<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens module having a mechanism which achieves stable and accurate movement of a lens even when the lens module is miniaturized, and to provide a structure used for the lens module. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the lens module 10, a magnet 13 and a moving body 14 are arranged in such a way that a magnetizing direction may be nearly perpendicular to a plane C linking an intersection line of a surface A to be attached and a surface B to be attached of the moving body 14 attached to the magnet 13 with a center axis of the magnet 13. Since a closed magnetic circuit is configured by the magnet 13 and the moving body 14 by such arrangement, magnetic force of the magnet 13 acting on the moving body 14 is made strong.
