<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a test head which enables cost reduction of a power supply unit, improvement of water-cooling quality and shortening of maintenance time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The test head includes a nest which is provided with a backboard, daughter cards which are inserted in this nest and connected at one side to the backboard, the power supply unit which supplies power to the daughter cards through the backboard, and a water-cooling manifold which is provided on the lateral side of the nest. The test head includes peculiar power supply parts which are disposed dispersedly in the individual daughter cards and peculiar to the individual daughter cards, a common power supply part which is attached directly to the water-cooling manifold by the medium of a heat transmitting sheet and is common to each daughter card, and a relay cable which relays the common power supply part to the daughter cards held in the backboard.
