PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bronchodilator inhalation solution for relieving bronchospasm in patients suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). SOLUTION: The bronchodilator inhalation solution includes an already prepared and measured water-based preparation comprising 0.02-0.083 wt.% albuterol and 0.001-0.017 wt.% ipratropium bromide for one does unit of therapeutically effective concentration for inducing bronchodilation or relieving bronchospasm in patients suffering from COPD in one vessel, is sterile solution containing no antimicrobial preservatives and has relatively long term stability so that >95% albuterol and >95% ipratropium initially present in the solution still remain in the solution even after 12 month-preservation at 25°C temperature.
