PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder which enables displayed contents of a headline to be visually recognized from many directions. SOLUTION: The holder 10 is of a two open edge type and has a face sheet 11 and a back sheet 12 continuous to the face sheet, and a document can be accommodated between the sheets 11, 12. In addition, the holder 10 has a headline 13 projecting from the open side edge of the back sheet 12, and the headline 13 is formed by folding a headline forming piece 14 and arranging a weld 26 at the apex side of the folded piece and the inner surface of the open side of the back sheet 12. Besides, foldable parts 30 and 31 are formed on the base of the headline 13, and the foldable parts 30 and 31 retain a specified folding angle θ in such a state that the headline 13 projects from the outer edge of the back sheet 12.
