PURPOSE: It broadens the directional angles and the light-generating unit having L E D package, the manufacturing method thereof and L E D package improves the diffusion of the light. The photonic efficiency is increased. CONSTITUTION: The light-generating unit(32a) comprises the LED package(32b) and the optical sheet emitting the light. It is separated from the LED package the prescribed distance and the optical sheet is arranged. The light-generating unit comprises the diffusing plate diffusing the light emitted from the printed circuit board and LED package. The LED package comprises the mold frame, the LED and lens.
