A receiver performs diversity receiving of radio waves by use of a plurality of antennas. The receiver comprises: a conductive chassis including a receiving unit for performing diversity reception processing; first and second through-holes provided on the surface of the chassis on the same side and penetrating between the inside and outside of the chassis; first and second antennas for supplying received signals to the receiving unit; and first and second hinges each secured inside the chassis and for directly or indirectly supporting the respective first and second antennas through the respective first and second through-holes so as to be movable. The receiver also has a partition between the first and second through-holes.
