PURPOSE: A shoulder protection guard for an operator is provided to improve the effectiveness of operation by alleviating pains added to the shoulder of the operator when the operator transports materials and to safely protect the shoulder of the operator from various harmful elements. CONSTITUTION: A shoulder protection guard for an operator comprises: a pair of protection covers(20) having a shape of covering the upper part and rear part of the shoulder of a wearer; a buffer unit which is attached to the inner side of the protection covers and alleviates external impacts; an interval controlling unit(60) which is connected to one side of the protection covers and controls the interval between the protection covers according to the width of the shoulder; and a fixing unit(80) which is connected to the other side of the protection covers and fixes the protection covers according to the width of the shoulder. |
