PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing moldings with antibacterial functions is provided to diminish and sterilize pathogen by applying antibacterial functions on a molding product. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing moldings with antibacterial functions comprises following steps. The mixture is formed by mixing grand purpose polystylene 78wt.%, high impact polystyrene 20wt.%, foaming agent 0.5wt.%, plasticizer 0.6wt.%, stabilizer 0.5wt.%, and oil 0.4wt.%. The mixture is plasticized and mixed at the temperature of 150~170°C. The mixture is extruded and the molding is formed in a molder. The molding is frozen by cooling water. The frozen molding passes through a molder, and cubic patterns are formed. The color is transferred to the molding and the mixed solution is automatically applied and dried on the molding.
