<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an information processing method and an information processing program for extracting scenario candidates showing potential needs of a user. <P>SOLUTION: A behavior process of a user is modeled by using scenario configuration definition information, scenario sequence definition information, and scenario condition definition information. A group of questions to the user is calculated by referring to the user scenario history information of the user, the scenario information of the model to which the user belongs, and question definition information (step 1322). One question is extracted from the group of questions, and the question is executed (step 1324). Scenario components that can be newly extracted are calculated from the answer of the question by the user (step 1325).
