PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder material supply device capable of smoothly supplying a powder material to various apparatuses, by preventing a bridge phenomenon in a case member in which a transfer screw is rotatingly driven, by simplifying a structure as the whole device. SOLUTION: When rotatingly driving the transfer screw 3, when an oscillating member 6 is push-moved toward the upright surface 12 side of an input hopper 5 and is impactively stopped by an upright surface 12, an upward turning external force component acts on respective disk parts 6a and 6a by a rotating leaf 3b, and the oscillating member 6 is pushed upward in the outer diameter direction of the transfer screw 3 in a receiving space 10. When further rotating the transfer screw 3, the respective disk parts 6a and 6a get over an outer peripheral end part of the leaf 3b, and the oscillating member 6 is dropped from there, and impactively strikes an outer peripheral surface of a shaft body 3a of the transfer screw 3, and generates vibration in the transfer screw 3.
