<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal apparatus control system which makes control which returns a terminal apparatus 1 to a target control state when a present condition control state of the terminal apparatus 1 deviates from the target control state. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This terminal apparatus control system includes: the terminal apparatus 1; an operating means 3 for operating the terminal apparatus 1; a control means 2 for controlling the terminal apparatus 1 by operation based on the operating means 3; a setting means 4 for setting a predetermined target control state of the terminal apparatus 1 and postponement time which can continue a control state deviating from the target control state; a determination means 6 for determining whether the present condition control state of the terminal apparatus 1 is the target control state; and a timer means 7 for measuring time. When the determination means 6 determines that the present condition control state of the terminal apparatus 1 is not the target control state, the determination means 6 measures the postponement time by using the timer means 7, and when it is measured that the postponement time stored in a storing means 5 has elapsed, the system is so configured that the control means 2 makes the control which returns the present condition control state of the controlled terminal apparatus 1 to the target control state before this one.
