<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology enabling simplification of a manufacturing process of an organic EL element by unifying a metal material at each configuration regarding the organic EL element having a planarizing film and an electric field light-emitting layer made of an organic resin, and a reflective film and a semi-transmissive film. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the organic EL element having the planarizing film 50 and the electric field light-emitting layer 40 made of the organic resin, the reflective film 60 and the semi-transmissive film 30, all of the reflective film 60, the semi-transmissive film 30, and auxiliary wiring 70 connected to the semi-transmissive film are formed of a Al-Ni base alloy.
