<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing method of evaluating (determining) the staining capacity of cosmetics for discriminating cloth hard to adhere the cosmetics from cloth easy to remove the cosmetics if the cosmetics adhere. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The testing method for evaluating the staining capacity of the cosmetics is constituted so that artificial leather having cosmetics and/or artificial sebum adhered thereto and the fiber cloth attached to a drive part having pressing load are subjected to contact eccentric rotary motion before determining the state that the surface color of the fiber cloth is changed by the cosmetics and/or the artificial sebum by a staining gray scale.
