<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow-by gas returning apparatus in which a temperature increase of a catalytic device arranged in an exhaust passage of an internal combustion engine is accelerated and can prevent a deterioration in exhaust property. Ž<P>SOLUTION: On condition that the engine 10 is started, and oil temperature detected by an oil temperature sensor 74 exceeds an intake air temperature detected by an intake air temperature sensor 76, an engine ECU 70 and a hybrid control computer (HVCC) 70a open a PCV valve 63 at a prescribed PCV opening TB to forcibly return blow-by gas to an intake passage 49.
