A tactile force sense presenting device provided with an operation unit comprising an operation lever operated by an operator, and a movement guide surface to guide an input of a slide movement of the operation lever in the direction of an XY plane and an input of a press-in movement of the operation lever at a specific position on the XY plane in the Z-axis direction; a detection unit which detects the input of the slide movement of the operation lever in the direction of the XY plane and the input of the press-in movement of the operation lever in the Z-axis direction; a calculation control unit which calculates a force corresponding to the operation of the operation lever on the basis of the detection result by the detection unit; a drive unit comprising at least one actuator; and a drive transmission unit which generates a drag force of the operation lever against the input of the slide movement of the operation lever in the direction of the XY plane and an adjustment force of the operation lever against the input of the press-in movement of the operation lever in the Z-axis direction, for the drive unit, on the basis of the calculation result by the calculation control unit.
