PURPOSE: The transparency heating jacket having the upper fabric and the lower part cloth parallely interlinks a plurality of heating lines. In one side section, the heating task is proceed continuously although the short circuit generates. CONSTITUTION: The lower sheet layer(20) of the transparency silicon rubber material is prepared. The upper sheet layer(10) locates on the top of the lower sheet layer. It is included of the transparency silicon rubber material having the upper sheet layer is the porosity of 10~40%. It is separated to the heating layer and the regular interval and the heating line(31) is arranged. The upper fabric(32) woven on the top of the heating line locates. The woven lower part cloth(33) locates in the lower part of the heating line.
