PURPOSE: A signal transceiving method of a relay station in a wireless communication system and a device thereof are provided to efficiently transmit a signal. CONSTITUTION: A processor(21) receives offset time information from a BS(Base Station)(10). The processor sets a time difference between an access uplink receiving sub frame and a backhaul uplink transmitting sub frame according to the offset time information. The backhaul uplink transmitting sub frame is a frame for transmitting a backhaul upward link signal to the BS. The processor transmits the backhaul upward link signal from the backhaul uplink transmitting sub frame to the BS.
