A process for the preparation of double lithium-cobalt (II) diphosphate comprises the use of the melt of mechanical mixture of polycrystalline substances. The mechanical mixture of LiPOand NHHPOis grounded to homogeneous state, baked, saturated at mixing by lithium fluoride and held at temperature of 850 °C for 1 hour. The melt is saturated with cobalt (II) oxide, held for 2 hours at temperature of 900 °C, mixed and crystallized by decreasing of temperature from 900 °C to 700 °C for 24 hours. The produced monocrystals of double diphosphate of LiCoPOof red color are washed and dried at room temperature. |
