The present invention relates to the process and device for thermal recycling of organic waste related to human activity to energy carrier. The invention aims to provide a process and device that are more cost-efficient, safe and ecological. The task is implemented by the process for recycling organic waste comprising raw material supply and treatment thereof in a pyrolisis chamber followed by withdrawal combustible gas and products obtained out of the thermoreactor characterized in that priorto treatment in a pyrolisis chamber the raw material is treated in a compartment of pyro-catalysis consisting of intake compartment, compartment for primary collection of combustible gas and tubular block having forced gas supply.
