PURPOSE: A hydrophilic water sealable composite and a joint part construction method of a concrete structure using the same are provided to maximize water tightness and to increases structural stability of a structure. CONSTITUTION: A hydrophilic water sealable composite comprises a core member(210), a hydrophilic member(220) and a bonding layer(230). The core member comprises one or more hollow(212) and is expanded along the longitudinal direction of the hydrophilic member. The hydrophilic member is formed in the circumference of the core member in order to protect the core member. The hydrophilic member has a hydrophilic function. The bonding layer is formed in the one side of the hydrophilic member.
