PURPOSE: A display panel and a display apparatus having the display panel are provided to prevent a flicker at a pixel electrode connected to a last electrode line by allowing the pixel electrode to receive a dummy gage signal. CONSTITUTION: A gate driving circuit(300) is arranged in a peripheral area. The peripheral area surrounds a display region. A plurality of gate lines(GL1-GL2n) are arranged in the display area. A plurality of gate lines receive a plurality of gate signals. A plurality of gate signals is successively outputted from the gate driving circuit. A plurality of data lines(DL1-DLm) cross with the gate lines. A dummy gate line(DGL) is arranged to be adjacent to a last gate line. The dummy gate line receives the dummy gate signal.
