A method for treating bone deformities and the defects of skin and mucosa comprises the separation of the mucosal-periosteal flap, the curettage of the bone defect, the removal of the pathological granulations, the filling of the bone defect with the mixture, and the closure of the wound. The bone defect is filled with BB-Forward mixture and closed with protein-fibrin membrane until the margins of the healthy tissues. The separated mucosal-periosteal flap is mobilized and sutured over the membrane. In case of the damage of soft tissue, skin or mucosa, the collodion layer is applied over the damaged area. |
