An artificial limb of temporomandibular joint endoprotesis articulate shoot is made as composite in the form of telescopically located hollow cylinders connected by distraction mechanism, made in the form of treaded pin with a fillet on its lateral surface, located between the end face of the internal hollow cylinder and the bottom of the external hollow cylinder. One treaded pin end is twisted into the internal cylinder, and the second one is passed through an aperture in the bottom of the external cylinder and rigidly connected to adjusting rotary head which has an aperture on its lateral surface. |
