METHOD FOR COMPLEX TREATMENT OF BLADDER CANCER

A method for the complex treatment of bladder cancer comprises laparotomy, bladder resection and intra-arterial chemotherapy via catheterization of the umbilical artery on the side opposite to the bladder resection site. The internal iliac artery is ligated on the side of catheterization of the umbilical artery. After visualization of the trunk of uterine artery, the internal iliac artery is ligated. The integrity of the pelvic peritoneum is restored.
