PURPOSE: A deck flooring board made of synthetic lumber, which forms a resin mat layer is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by reducing the thickness of a product. CONSTITUTION: A deck flooring board made of synthetic lumber comprises an upper layer(110), a lower layer(120), an intermediate layer(130) and a resin mat layer(200). The upper layer and lower layer are made of wood powder, rice hulls, and talc. The intermediate layer is formed between the upper layer and lower layer. The intermediate layer is made of wood dust, rice hulls, resin, additive and talc. The resin mat layer is respectively formed between the upper layer, the intermediate layer, the lower layer and intermediate layer. The polymer resin, and additive are mixed to the constant rate and the resin mat layer is shaped to the trellis. |
