<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for injecting a soothing agent in a slag pot is provided to prevent overflow of melting slag by removing bubbles of the melting slag with the injection of the soothing agent. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for injecting a soothing agent in a slag pot includes a spray unit(100) and a rotary unit(200). The spray unit sprays the soothing agent. The rotary unit is arranged on the bottom of an electric furnace. The spray unit is mounted on the rotary unit pivotally. The rotary unit includes a fixed shaft(210), a holder(220), and an operation cylinder(240). The holder is connected with the fixed shaft. The spray unit is mounted on the holder. The spray unit includes a soothing agent supply part, a supply tube(120), and a plurality of injection nozzles(130).</p> |
