A method for drying grain through evaporation of moisture includes continuous supply of humid grain to grain-drying apparatus, preliminary heating of humid layer of grain with convective method with gas-air flow, drying of heated humid layer of grain to critical content of moisture with gas-air flow, cooling dried layer of grain with air flow of environment and continuous discharge of cooled grain from grain-drying apparatus. Slow-moving layer of humid grain in grain drying unit is preliminarily heated with gas-air flow “under rarefaction” with drying with heated gas-air flow “under rarefaction”. Cooling of dried layer of grain is carried out with air flow of environment “under pressure” with following use of worked-out air flow after cooling layer of grain for heating gas-air flows. Worked out gas-air flows of grain drying are used for heating slow-moving grain layer. |
