A method for prevention of postoperative compression cicatricial -adhesive epiduritis at microdiscectomy at which after completion of surgical manipulations at microdiscectomy and after achievement of careful hemostasis, «Esteform» polyacrylamid antiadhesive neresorptive gel is administered pararadicularry in volume up to 3 ml,which firstly fills the frontal epidural space, then the space between radix and soild brain tunic, and at the end - back epidural space. |
