APPARATUS FOR MAKING A DETOUR OF POWER LINE ON THE LEAKAGE CURRENT

PURPOSE: A device for constructing a bypass power line is provided to easily construct a bypass power line by using a spare power line when a leakage current is generated in the power supply system of a street light lamp. CONSTITUTION: A power line(100) includes two main lines and a single preliminary line. A pole controller(400) is connected to the power line in parallel. The pole controller transmits a signal to a streetlight control container through a local area communications when a leakage current is generated. A street light control container(200) controls the on/off state of a street light through local area communications with the pole controller. The streetlight control container applies power by using a preliminary line when a leakage current is generated. A central control center(600) informs an administrator of the generation of the leakage current.
