PURPOSE: A simple manufacturing method of a developer, and the developer are provided to perform a bleaching process with the low energy and the short time. CONSTITUTION: A developer contains the following: an encapsulated corpuscle containing an orthochromatism compound, a developer, and a decolorant; and a binder resin dispersed with the encapsulated corpuscle. A manufacturing method of the developer comprises the following steps: forming a dispersed solution containing a first corpuscle including the binder resin, and a second corpuscle containing the orthochromatism compound, the developer, and the decolorant(Act1); and coagulating the first and second corpuscles to form agglomerate(Act2). |
