Special design of a toothed belt pulley for belt drive

The wheel (1) has a toothed profile (2) comprising measures for absorption and/or redirection of liquid or gas entering between the wheel and a toothed belt. The toothed belt is engaged in the toothed profile. A ring groove (6) is formed in the toothed profile and combined with a cross-groove. The cross-groove is formed between teeth (7) in a tooth area, where radius of the ring groove is lower than radius of the cross-groove. The ring groove is rounded-off in an area of bottom of the ring groove.
