The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy and mining industry. A roll press for briquetting fine fraction materials comprises a bearing frame, two rolls with working surfaces mounted with possibility of rotation on bearing supports located on the press frame, and mechanisms for pressing the rolls connecting bearing supports to each other in the upper part. In the bearing frame grooves are made and bearing supports of one roll are fixed in the grooves of bearing frame without possibility of movement in radial direction and with possibility of axial displacement and are equipped with a devices of axial displacement, and the bearing supports of another roll are fixed without possibility of axial displacement. The technical result achieved by implementation of the disclosed technical solution consists in improvement of the quality of briquettes, operating conditions of the roll press, preventing damage of the rolls, failure of the parts and elements of the drive elements. |
