A double-disk cone broadcaster for solid mineral fertilizers comprises a hopper with an inclined wall, to which an electric vibrator is attached, in the lower part of hopper a dosing device and a two-chute fertilizer guide are located, under the fertilizer guide a cone double-disk broadcasting mechanism is mounted, on which vertical shaft two disks of different diameter are fastened, where a mechanism of transfer of rotary movement from the power take-off shaft of tractor to the broadcasting mechanism and a mechanism of blade driving are fixed. The upper and lower disks of broadcaster are supplemented with spreading blades having a contour of a chute in the form of Archimedean spiral which in the polar coordinates is determined from the formula. |
