Method for evaluation of effectiveness of pharmacological correction of energy metabolism in myocardium of rat under condition of fluoride intoxication includes investigation of blood. In 30 minutes before introduction of fluoride one introduces intraperitoneally cardiotrole – 5 mg/ml, metabolite – 5 mg/ml, ATF-long – 10 ml/mg, and in 60 minutes one determines level of ATF, ADF, AMF. Results obtained are compared to control and at change of characteristics one evaluates effectiveness of pharmacological correction of energy metabolism in myocardium. |
