DOUBLE DEROTATIONAL PLATE FOR MULTIPLANAR LOW-CONTACT SUPRAOSTEAL OR SUBFASCIAL OSTEOSYNTHESIS OF MULTIPLE COMMINUTED FRACTURE

摘要

A double derotational plate for multiplanar low-contact supraosteal or subfascial osteosynthesis of the multiple comminuted fracture is designed as the plate with the combined openings. Each of the openings consists of the larger part with large pitch of thread and the lesser part with lesser pitch of thread. The special screws are used with varying diameter and pitch of thread allowing for adjusting the distance between the plate and the surface of the injured bone.
