A process for the preparation of nanostructured materials ZnO comprises the preparation of mixture of ZnO powders and graphite and its placing in quartz tube, which is placed horizontally into the heater. The mixture of powders in mass ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 and substrate are placed in various sections of the sealed from one side quartz tube, the mixture in section near the sealed, and the substrate – the open end, which is placed in the heater in such a way, that the mixture should be in the temperature zone of 800-1050 °C, and the substrate – in the zone of 600-900 °C. It is hold for 30-60 min., and then cooled in the heater or in the air to room temperature. |
