METHOD FOR CALCULATION OF LEVEL OF MIGRATION-ADHESIVE POTENTIAL OF EMBRYONIC CELLS

Method for calculation of level of migraton-adhesive potential of embryonic cells at which one performs calculation of number of lectin-positive cells per 100 cells in field of vision of light microscope, with calculation of integral coefficient K by formula: K=A/B where A – number of WGA+ cells per 100 cells iin field of vision? B – number of embryonic cells. If K is lower than 0.5 – potential is characterized with substantial prevalence of adhesion. If K is 0.5-0.8 – moderate prevalence of adhesion takes place. If K is 0.9-1.1 – equilibrium of processes of migration and adhesion takes place. At K – 1.2-2.0 – potential is characterized by moderate prevalence of migration. At K above 2.0 – potential is characterized with substantial prevalence of migration.
