摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A nucleic acid aptamer which specifically binds to bisphenol A is provided to effectively detect and remove bisphenol A which is an endocrine disruptor. CONSTITUTION: A nucleic acid aptamer which specifically binds to bisphenol A contains a nucleic acid sequence selected from sequences 1-7. The total nucleotide number of the aptamer is 14-63nts. The bisphenol A is detected using nucleic acid aptamer. The bisphenol A is detected from a sample collected from water, soil, air, food, waste, and tissues of animal and plant. A composition for detecting or removing bisphenol A contains the nucleic acid aptamer. A method for detecting an anodic aluminum oxide(AAO) sensor-based target material using the aptamer comprises: a step of adding sample containing the target material on the AAO sensor in which aptamer is fixed on the metal surface; and a step of measuring change of electrostatic capacity of AAO sensor to detect target material.</p>
