EMBEDDED UNIT OF REINFORCED-CONCRETE ELEMENTS OF TRACK STRUCTURE

An embedded unit of reinforced-concrete elements of the track structure includes the first and the second hollow inserts arranged with possibility of split connection to each other and being in contact one with another in perimeter by tension vertical walls of flanges, between horizontal neighboring planes of those an embedded washer is placed, this has trapezium-like cross section and rectangular in plan view opening for passing a head of T-like embedded bolt. The first insert is arranged with opposite support hollow trapezium-like lugs that go round the lugs of embedded washer, the second insert is arranged with two vertical angle ledges arranged in diagonal on cylindrical section of its body for restriction of turn of the embedded bolt head, and the flange of that insert in the lower part is made with ribs that are placed in radial positions and connect neighboring vertical surfaces of cylindrical part of the body and side surface of the second insert flange. On two opposite outer surfaces of the flange side of the second insert orientation elements identical to each other are placed coaxially, as lugs, with possibility for those lugs to go to equidistant slots in neighboring inner surfaces of the flange wall of the first insert.
