A process for the preparation of double potassium-cobalt (II) diphosphate comprises the use of the melt of polycrystalline substances mechanical mixture. The mechanical mixture of KPOand NHHPOis ground to homogeneous state, baked, saturated at mixing by potassium fluoride and hold at temperature of 850 °C for 1 hour. The melt is saturated with cobalt oxide, held for 2 hours at temperature of 900 °C, mixed and crystallized by decreasing of temperature from 900 °C to 700 °C for 24 hours, the produced monocrystals of double diphosphate of KCOPOof red color are washed and dried at room temperature. |
